IIHF Challenge Cup of Asia

The IIHF Challenge Cup of Asia are a series of international ice hockey tournament on the continent of Asia. The purpose of the tournament is to provide competitive opportunities for Asian teams that are either in the lower divisions of the IIHF World Championship or do not compete in the World Championship. The first event was held in Hong Kong in 2008, with the second edition held a year later in the United Arab Emirates.
